Ron Sandell, BA


Ron Sandell is the Chief Financial Officer of ABC, Inc., and has been responsible for all of the fiscal and business aspects of ABC, Inc. since 1997. He oversees all property management, new ABC sites, and business negotiations/contacts for company development and growth.

Mr. Sandell has over 20 years of business management and administrative experience in such positions as Executive Vice-President and Executive Director of private educational institutions. Mr. Sandell has a B.A. degree, as well as graduate degree for a California Lifetime Teaching Credential. In addition to his business management experience, Mr. Sandell has four years of experience as a classroom teacher in secondary schools.

Phyllis Williamson, PhD

Educational Consultant

Dr. Phyllis Williamson is a licensed psychologist and is the Educational Consultant of ABC, Inc. She has a distinguished publication record and a scholarly career in experimental and Applied Behavior Analysis and has held adjunct teaching positions in universities in California and New Mexico.

Dr. Williamson has over 25 years of experience providing direct clinical services and program development for a variety of populations, including children and adults with Developmental Disabilities, Psychiatric Disorders, and Neurological impairment. She continues to be active in research, and has specialized in the diagnosis and behavioral treatment of Autism and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).

Kathy Tucker, BS, MBA, MAT


Kathy Tucker is the Chief Operating Officer of Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. (ABC, Inc.) and holds a Master's degree in business administration, Master's degree in teaching with a specialization in early childhood education, and a Bachelors of Science degree in business management. Mrs. Tucker holds a Teaching Credential in Adult Education and has over ten years teaching in classrooms and online. She is a former Adjunct Professor of Business for Sacramento City College (SCC) and a former computer and business instructor for Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD). She was the Director of Human Resources for Colafrancesco, Framing, Inc. prior to taking on her role as COO at ABC, Inc.

Mrs. Tucker directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of ABC, Inc. in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Co-founders. She has over 29 years of business experience and has been a committed team member of ABC, Inc. for over 12 years.

Mrs. Tucker is also a Notary Public for the State of California, Commission Number: 2133148.

Mari Ueda-Tao, MA, BCBA


Mari Ueda-Tao is the Chief Clinical Officer of Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. (ABC, Inc.), and also serves as the Liaison for International Services. She oversees all clinical services across the agency. Mrs. Ueda-Tao holds a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA, and she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Mrs. Ueda-Tao is responsible for all in-home and center based programs, including behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities, specializing in the treatment of Autism. In addition, she has conducted training sessions on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including Positive Programming for Parents, skill teaching techniques, and in-home behavior intervention strategies. She has experience in clinically supervising a number of behavior consultants, specializing in early, intensive intervention techniques, including comprehensive work with infant/toddler age ranges.

Mrs. Ueda-Tao is a member of the national and state-levels of the Association for Behavior Analysis. Internationally, she has trained a number of teachers and parents on the implementation of ABA principles with children with Autism in Algeria, Bahrain, Dubai, Ethiopia, France, Iceland, Philippines, Portugal, Romania and Singapore.
